Comment and I'll give you a letter, then you have to list ten people/places/things you love that begin with that letter. And post the list on your journal.

So here goes... and in no particular order
1, Robotech: Macross. Not only because it has giant mechanized transforming robots, because
those are always cool, but also because it was my first introduction to Japanese anime even in
an English-dubbed version, but also because the entire mythos and character interaction, is just
awesome.
2. Random memes: I don't always do the memes that come across on live journal, but I do love the
doing a few of these now and then. I seem to gravitate towards the list-making ones..
3. Rook Bartley (Robotech: New Generation) probably my favorite character from the 3rd series
of the Robotech mythos and overall just a cool, and remarkable character from start to finish.
Not that the rest of the characters are not without their own kinds of awesomeness, too; it's that Rook and Rand, both apart and paired together have a way of standing out among the
rest.
4. Rommie(Andromeda) the modified android from the Andromeda Ascendant High Guard ship.
Incredibly realized character and as the first three seasons wore, incredibly intergrated
as a member of the crew; and as much a part of their lives. I was sad to see her 'die.'
5. Rodney McKay (Stargate Atlantis) Even if he's is not my favorite all-time character from
the show, darn if I don't enjoy his sarcastic, wry wit and dry humor, and his interaction
with everyone from John Sheppard to Ronon and the rest of the team.
6. Robotech: New Generation: I mentioned a couple of characters above, but the entire series
is worth a mention as well. It would be a tough choice, if I had to choice between which of
three series is my all-time favorite.
7. Robotech: Masters Southern Cross. I think I love this for the characters; fans say that the
middle series was intended as a filler, but it's still one of my all time favorites as much
for the character interaction as for the battle sequences and mecha design and for the plot.
8. Radu (Space Cases) This show was an old love and it still is in a way, as is the fandom.
Radu will always be my favorite character...
9. reading books (fantasy, historical fantasy, etc....
10. riding down slides at the park with my 2 1/2 year-old nephew, John. He's a sweet heart
and a riot and is almost always bright-eyed and bushy tailed and ready with a smile.
And in an additional update he is now a big brother to Baby Luke, who was born on
April 26th,2010 at 8:30am in the morning and weighed in at 7 lbs and 8ounces.
The other day John, that's the older brother was so excited when the family were going to
the park that he wanted to tell everyone that he had a baby in the stroller, right in there.
